Andy Partridge started in the Recruitment Industry in 1986 and has worked both the Permanent and Temporary market sectors in London and Sydney, launching and developing several successful divisions.

Since September 1999 he has been involved in Recruitment Training, initially with an independent Recruitment Training Company delivering material at both national seminars and client in house training sessions, and most recently with an International Recruitment Group delivering a wide range of skills courses and training/ development projects across Europe.

His energetic, charismatic and dynamic style makes him one of the most sought after trainers within the Recruitment Industry.
