Andy started in the Recruitment Industry in 1986 and has worked both the Permanent and Temporary market sectors in London and Sydney, launching and developing several successful divisions.
In 1999 he started his career in Recruitment Training, initially with an International Recruitment Group delivering a wide range of skills’ courses and training/ development projects across Europe, and then setting up on his own operating as a freelance trainer and presenter working with both Recruitment Consultancies in the UK, and HR Professionals and Line Managers overseas.
